The
state has scheduled six educational forums to discuss the new health insurance
exchange and the ramifications of the Affordable Care Act. The Department of
Insurance and the Cabinet for Health & Family Services are putting these

forum scheduled closest to Hopkinsville, by a
slim margin, is the one happening in Paducah
on Thursday, Aug. 16. Owensboro
